Where Data Meets Consciousness

We are living in a time of profound inner awakening. A moment where the importance of our inner experience in shaping reality is finally being recognized. At Databration, we celebrate this shift by offering tools for deep self-inquiry, energetic alignment, and conscious transformation.

Databration.com is the mother site for a growing constellation of spiritually driven apps and experiences, including:

  • Chakralytics — a data-driven tool for analyzing your inner energetic landscape

And that’s just the beginning. More apps are in development, alongside a book in progress, ideas for future publications, and a suite of online courses designed to support personal growth and energetic clarity.

At its core, Databration is a research-driven platform. A space where data becomes a mirror for consciousness, and insight becomes a path to transformation.

We call it Databration:
The celebration of data as a path to deeper self-awareness.

Team Behind Databration

Background & Foundations

The work I’m devoted to is rooted in study, lived experience, and a long‑term commitment to Self-alignment. I hold a Master of Science in Policy, Communication & Organization from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, with a specialization in Advice and Change. This academic path focused on the relational and contextual dynamics that shape transformation, both individually and collectively within organizations.

Before that, I completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Commercial Economics, including the Honours program Leadership in Sales, which emphasized deep learning, communication, and human‑centered development.

Training in Yoga, Tantra & Embodiment

I am certified as a 200‑hour Tantra Yoga Teacher, trained in classical Tantra, meditation, embodiment, focusing on dissolving contractions and Self-alignment. This work forms an essential part of how I aim to support others: grounded, experiential, and attuned to the intelligence of the body.

Additional training includes:

  • 8‑week Mindfulness Training

  • Self Management Leadership – Oxford University

  • Participating in The Gupta Program – Neuroplasticity & Somatic Regulation

  • Advisory & Presentation Skills – Schouten & Nelissen

Experience in Care, Guidance & Human Development

The approach I’m engaged in has been shaped by years of working through a personal transformation process and from volunteering and working with people in vulnerable and transformative phases of life:

  • Supporting individuals with mental disabilities and psychiatric challenges (Stichting De Wederkerigheid)

  • Supporting elderly residents with dementia (Rosa Spierhuis)

  • Working in personal, team & organizational development and learning (Schouten & Nelissen)

  • Roles centered around communication, relationship‑building, and human potential

A Path of Ongoing Inner Transformation

The work I’m devoted to is not only informed by study; it is grounded in a years‑long process of inner transformation. I have devoted myself to a path of Self‑inquiry, embodiment, and Self‑Alignment, exploring and deepening Self-understanding and the recognition of inner Freedom.

This path of inner alignment included not only spiritual and somatic practice, but also psychological work. Over the years I have been in cognitive behavioral therapy, individual coaching, and therapeutic support. I have also participated in psychosomatic group trainings aimed at developing healthy boundaries, emotional clarity, and embodied Self‑awareness. These experiences continue to inform the way I aim to hold space: grounded, trauma‑sensitive, and attuned to the complexity of human experience.

This personal process continues to shape how I aim to guide others: with humbleness, softness, clarity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique unfolding. With a focus on Self-empowerment.

Current Study & Inspiration

My ongoing study includes:

  • Kashmir Shaivism (inspired by the lineage of Abhinavagupta and contemporary scholars such as Christopher Wallis and Mark Dyczkowski)

  • Classical Tantra, Yoga & meditation

  • Somatic awareness and emotional regulation

  • philosophy & consciousness research
